Hi Mom,

Today, I am at the river swimming, washing and taking the sun. The beach is great, the sand is white and the sky is clear. Boy I wish every day was like this. Then I wouldn’t have any problems while I’m here... I heard that you and Jo’s parents got together. It is about time if I am going to marry her I do suppose you should get together. I hope you like them because you will be seeing a lot of them when I get married. My plans are already down in my head. All I have to do now is wait till I am home to talk it over with Jo. It will be a wonderful wedding.

Love, Jack
